She was predeceased by: her spouse Allan W. Hollingsworth. She is survived by: her children, Dale (Brenda), Karen (Mike), Eric (Janet) and Glen (Samantha); her grandchildren, Dustin (Jessica), Tony, Kevin, James, Colt, Patrick, Laura, Glenn and Paul; and her son Smiths Falls.
