He is survived by: his children, Jack (Vivian), Thomas (Connie) and Doug (Mary Lynn); his grandsons, Andrew (Katie) and Jason (Amy); and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Ava, Colton and Oliver. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
