He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Bernicky and Verla Bernicky. He is survived by : his siblings, Sharon (Roger), Roger, Ron (Linda), Patty (Mark) and Susan (Layne); his nieces and nephews, Scott, Karrie (Stephanie), Chris (Crystal), Andrew, Stuart (Melissa), Lucas (Christina), Mathew (Krista), Tyler, Jordan and Nicholas; his aunts, Paula Clark, Joy Bernicky, Dorothy Bernicky, Margaret Sadler, Ruth Fleming and Gloria Hunter; his uncle Bob Bernicky; his caregiver Amelia; and his sister-in-law Linda. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Lanark County Mental Health or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
