He was predeceased by: his daughters, Heather, Christine and Sandra (Bruce). He is survived by: his spouse Goldie Adams (Birch); and his children, Bonita (Donald), Veronica (Brian), Susan (Dale), Kathryn (Lorne) and Virginia (Scott).
