She was predeceased by : her spouse Thomas Trodden; her son Gary Lawrence Trodden; her parents, Thomas Drummond Saunders and Olive Kathleen Brennan; and her granddaughter Jenny Pepper.

She is survived by : her daughter Mildred Thomas (Rayburn Trotter); her sisters, Kaye Best and Thelma MacParlan; and her granddaughter Leanne Hobbs. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.
