She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Smith and Jenny Smith (Dash); her husband Wray H. Knott; and her son-in-law Reginald Boyer. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Boyer; her great grandchildren, Jen Brennan (Clare) and Keri Proulx (Tim); her nieces and nephews, Deborah Morey (Richard), Dale Orser (Mary), Flora Allen (late Jack) and Walter Knott (Sharon); and her son-in-law Reg Boyer.

To honour Mona's life, those wishing are asked to consider a memorial donation to the Ottawa Heart Institute.
