With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Muriel Sherwood Barill (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on May 15, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her parents, Bill South and Gertrude South; and her siblings, Frank South, Jean Vandusen (late Gerry) and Anna White.

She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Splane (Dave) and Isabelle Carey (late Earl); and her siblings-in-law, Eva Dryden (Bob), Dolores Siegman (late Roy), Betty Thompson (Tip), Barbarita Watson (late Bill), Don Barill (Val) and Bill White. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Donations in memory of Muriel can be made to St. Francis De Sales Roman Catholic Church, Smiths Falls.
