With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Orville Buchanan (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on March 9, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Effie; his siblings, Hilliard and Lois; and his siblings-in-law, Charlie Machan, Willard Machan, James Machan, Ora Paul (Machan), Marion Churchill (Machan) and Agnes Stiller (Machan).
He is survived by: his children, Jim (Ann), Joan (Gary Tysick) and Danny (Linda Lee); his grandchildren, Stephen, Karen, Jason (Sandra), Johnathan (Alicia), Chad (Crystal), Sari and Brittany (Dale); and his great grandchildren, Will, Hope, Jensen, Chloe, Olivia, Jacob, Karson and Keegan.
In memory of Orville, donations may be made to GWM Hospital Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society, "Wheels of Hope" program.
