He is survived by: his children, Judy Thomson, Anne James and Nancy Thomson; his grandchildren, Brian Cummings (Andrea), Stephanie James and Dylan Hermer; his great grandchildren, Declan Cummings and Cadence Cummings; his sibling Ruby (Gary Purdy); and his siblings-in-law, Darrell Colwell and Robert Chapman (Helen).
