With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Kelly (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on October 5, 2019 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Chris and Greg; his brothers, Sean and Kevin; his nephew Andrew; his nieces, Kristina, Grace and Brigid; and his grandmother Betty Cosgrove.
