With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Reginald Blair (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on January 13, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Jim (Kylie) and Steven (Amy); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Brittany, Clarissa, Hillary and Steffanie; and his siblings, Glen Blair (Marion) and Ray Blair (Joan). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
