He is survived by: his spouse Arlene Norris (Kilpatrick); his children, Blair Norris (Lesley) and Scott Norris (Stacey); his grandchildren, Daniel (Cassandra), Patrick, Kelsey, Emily and Meredith; his mother-in-law Gladys Kilpatrick (late Roy); his sister Kathy Gilpin (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Carl Kilpatrick (Joyce), Ray Kilpatrick (Nancy), Paul Kilpatrick (Margaret Anne Laws), Jane Kilpatrick (Mike Mardon) and Amy Kilpatrick.
