It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Bedford Imerson (Smiths Falls, Ontario), born in Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on December 5, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleland Imerson and Goldie Imerson; his brother Graydon; and his niece Lisa. He is survived by: his wife Susan Imerson; his children, Robin Cyr (Dan) and Ryan Imerson (Janice Woollcombe); his grandchildren, Noah, Avery, Aidan Cyr, Summer and Daylyn Imerson; his brother Ken Imerson (Jennifer); his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Imerson (late Graydon) and Lawrence Agnew; and his friends, Robert and Lois Bennett. He is also survived by his niece, nephews, extended family and friends.

In remembrance of Richard, contributions to the Alzheimer's Society or the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.
