With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Harper (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on October 20, 2019 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Harper to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harper and Mildred Harper (Duncan); and his brother William. He is survived by: his wife Frances Harper (Camelon); his children, Lynn Harper (Vic), Rob Harper (Jill) and Bill Harper (Donna); his grandchildren, Taylor, Claire, Kelsey and Emily; and his sister Jean Wither (late Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
