Ron Steele Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ron Steele (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on May 25, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Judith Ann; his parents, Thelma Steele (Rightmyre) and Ted; and his siblings, Donald, Joyce (Larry Minsull), Judy Ann, Joan and Darlene.

He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Steele; his children, Chris (Sophie) of Hawkesbury and Tina Benoit (Micheal) of Smiths Falls; his siblings, Ted (Dawn), Ken and Terry (Marion); his sister-in-law Helen; and his grandchildren, Brett, Brenden (Benoit) and Arya Judiane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, brothers in law and sisters in law as well as many life-long friends.

Due to COVID-19, details of a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
