He was predeceased by: his siblings, Walter Willoughby, Nancy Purcell and Kathy Garton. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Willoughby; his daughters, Amie Willoughby (Martin Scherer) and Jenna Willoughby (Brandon Tozzo); his grandchildren, Elliot, Oliver Scherer, Colson and Isla Tozzo; his brothers, Tim, Earl (Rose), Dave (Pauline) and Joe Willoughby; and his brother-in-law Warren Garton. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and so many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Smiths Falls Food Bank.
