He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold and Hazel. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Nicholas; his daughter-in-law Holly; his granddaughters, Sarah and Lucy; his siblings, Dennis (Ann) and Doris; and his close friend Christy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, and his special animal.
