With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven Lawrence Mackie (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on April 9, 2026 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Allan Mackie. He is survived by: his mother Biddy Mackie (Bernetta); his sibling Alethea Mackie-Hernandez (Juan); his aunt Nancy Carroll (late Bill); his uncles, Tom Kierstead (Pam) and Bill Mackie (Linda); his cousins, Janet Dione (late Dan), Jo Jones, Allison Ferguson (Rob) and Tara Lee Ferguson (Steve); and his pet Osiris.
