He was predeceased by: his spouse Carmen Hutchings; his parents, Thomas Hutchings and Mary Hutchings; and his siblings, Joan and John.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Joanne Barkhouse (Neil Durant) and Raymond Barkhouse; and his brother William Hutchings. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
