He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frankcom and Marion Frankcom; and his siblings, Mary, William, Jim, Paul and Jack.

He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Frankcom and Claire O'Neill. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
