Valerie will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Though Valerie is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Valerie’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her father Edward. She is survived by: her husband Steve; her child Ashley Kerr (Taylor White); and her siblings, Allen McIlvenna (Karen), Ron McIlvenna (Shannon), Peter McIlvenna (Lucie), Suzanne Jackman (Mike), Tim McIlvenna and Melody Rochefort (Steve). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many good friends.
In memory of Valerie, donations to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation (University of Ottawa Heart Institute) or the Perth & Smiths Falls Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
