He was predeceased by: his parent Oliver Toop. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his parent Helen Toop; his children, Nadine Toop (Darren VanDusen), Gordon Toop (Caroline Duhaime), Bonnie Ford, Lisa Vaughan (Rob), Lori Lockett (Steve) and Melissa LaSalle (Troy Cumpson); his grandchildren, Emily, Tamara, Ethan, Mason, Hannah, Nathaniel, Jeremy, Gabby, Andrew, Amos, Samara and Wyatt; his siblings, Sharon, Sheila, Charlene, Kathleen, Karen, Oliver, Fred, Haines, Orville, Marilyn, Diane, Patsy, Jane, Gwen and Norma; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy, Elwin, Millie, Rayburn and Randy. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial donations in memory of Wilf can be made to the Salvation Army or Parkinson's Canada.
