Wilma Joan Miller Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wilma Joan Miller (Smiths Falls, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 12, 2026 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wilma Joan Miller to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Argue and Maude Argue; her son Leslie; her brother-in-law Arthur Miller (Edythe); her son-in-law Sheldon Pronyk; and her great grandchild Hannah MacFarlane.

She is survived by: her husband Donald; her sister Doreen Moulton (Glenn); her brothers-in-law, Clifford (Alice) and Calvin Miller (Sue); her children, Sharon Brown (Dave), Sheila, Marilyn Ruga (Tom) and Robert Miller (Shannon); her grandchildren, Jason Brown (Lindy), Andrew Brown, Joanne Todd (Kevin), Amanda Adams (Rob), Bethany Klassen (Nick), Candace MacFarlane (Matt), Les Ruga (Magda), Melanie Ruga, Brent Ruga (Katelynn), Keith Ruga, Lauren Vanderboom (Chris), Kendall, Tyler and Seth Miller; and her great grandchildren, Miranda, Simon, Kalin, Zoey, Nathan, Jackson, Karson, Hudson, Anastasia, Tyson, Emery, Eli, Helen, Tommy, Caleb, Audrey, Samuel, Olive and Lena. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blair & Son - Smiths Falls Chapel (112 Beckwith St N, Smiths Falls, ON K7A2C2). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Rideau Ferry Cemetery (1427 Rideau Ferry Rd, Perth, ON K7H3C7). A reception will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Blair & Son - Smiths Falls Chapel (112 Beckwith St N, Smiths Falls, ON K7A2C2).
