Though Andy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendricka and Hendrik; his sister Jetske; and his sister-in-law Viola (John). He is survived by: his brother John; and his close friend Thelma.
