The memory of Joan Wisniewski (Smithville, Ontario), who passed away on May 13, 2024 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her husband Ted Wisniewski (Tadeusz); her children, John Francis and Sharon; her parents, John "Jack" Chambers and Freida; her brother Tony; her sister-in-law Muriel; her sister Ann; her brother-in-law Doug Newton; her great grandchild Angel-Anne; and her great great grandchild Jace Paul.

She is survived by : her children, Paul Anthony, Andrew and Vanda Ann; her grandchildren, Corry Ann (Steve), Brittany Angelica, Amber (Al), Ryan and Leigh; her great grandchildren, Jade, Skylar, Violet May, Brandon, Douglas, Joshua, Damien, Ethan, Mitchel and Jesse John; her great great grandchildren, Aiden and Emma; and her brother Norman (Elizabeth).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Merritt Funeral Home (287 Station St, Smithville, ON L0R 2A0). A prayer was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church (166 West St, Smithville, ON L0R2A0).
