With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andre Bouchard (South Porcupine, Ontario), who passed away on October 10, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Orezul Bouchard and Bernadette Bouchard; and his brothers, Leonard (Madeline) and Yvon (late Lorraine). He is survived by : his spouse Rhea (née Fournell) Bouchard; his children, Mike Bouchard (Ellie), Lise Radske (Harold) and Sandy Graham (Dave); his siblings, Anita (late Gordon), Gerald (Francine) and Maurice (Jane); and his sister-in-law Madeline. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
