He was predeceased by : his parents, John Bannister and Muriel Bannister; and his brothers, Edward and John Bannister. He is survived by : his wife Juanita; his children, Lisa Bogart (Eric), Adam Schamehorn (Lori), Joseph Murdy and Tammy Murdy; his stepson James Murdy; and his siblings, Pat (Wayne), Mary (Mike), Angie, Beatrice and Margaret. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
