He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Lynn VanWychen (Dave) and Mark Plato (Diane); his grandchildren, Brooke McDermott (Jonathon), Wesley VanWychen (Amanda), Nick Corey, Mathew Corey (Gillian) and Christopher Corey (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Connor, Leah, Evan McDermott, Hayden, Izzy VanWychen, Desmond Swartz, Wesley and Dairmuid Corey; his sibling Pearce Plato (late Beatrice); and his parents, Murray Plato and Stella Plato (Pearce).
