He was predeceased by: his grandchild Shannon; his siblings, Adrian Van Haaren of Watford, Harrie Van Haaren and Rieka; and his parents-in-law, Kees, Anneke, Jos van Wagenberg, Miet, Dennis, Anna, Piet, Jo Bertens, Tiny Bertens, Frank, Rieka Bertens, Gerry, Annie Bertens, Adrian, Anne, Jan, Louis, Mary and Nel.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy; his children, Benita Van Haaren, Jane, Marvin McGill, Maureen, Ron Coene, Leon, Lynn Van Haaren, Teresa, Les Thompson, Jim, Rose Van Haaren, Jacqueline, John Hanson, Dave and Sandy Van Haaren; his grandchildren, Mike (Jean), Paul (Tara), Jason (Molly), Justin (Melissa), Heather (Mike), Kathleen (Cole), Jennifer (Nick), Brian (Lindsay), Mitchell, Kayla (Mike), Jamey (Adam), Lauren (Dan), Hunter, Dylan, Kevin, Chris, Trevor, Madison, Cameron, Hailey, Alex, Abby, Riley, Chloe, Sophie, Nicolas, Emily, Tigh, Nolan, Sawyer, John, Lilly, Henry, Oliver, Frank, Bradley, Clara, Reese, Emma and Beckett; and his siblings-in-law, Annie, Zus, Leo, Rien, Ria and Piet. He is also survived by his 8 children, 23 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, there will be no visitation.
