With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Aileen Gabriel Kearney (St. Catharines, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Aileen left this world on February 1, 2026 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard Kearney; her children, Rick (Nancy) and Kristin Lingerfelt (Alex); her grandchildren, Noel and Griffin; her siblings, Ann, Mary, Gary, Greg, Brian, Bernadette, Cathie, Linda, Ron and Gayle; and her father Roy Goodhue.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M4Y1). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent (73 Picton St, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S1J0).
In honour of her memory, donations made to the Niagara Health Foundation-Hotel Dieu Shaver would be appreciated by the family.
