He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Lafleur and Estelle Lafleur; his brother Ray Lafleur; his father-in-law James Hajdu; his brother-in-law Jim; and his daughter-in-law Tanya.

He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, David Lafleur (Teena), Kevin and Brian (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Brayden, Colton, Abbey and Magen; his siblings, Paulette (Roger), Claire, Sue (Maurice), John, Mike (Debbie) and Fern (Jennifer); his sister-in-law Nancy (Bruce); his mother-in-law Jean Hajdu; and his sister-in-law Linda. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
