She was predeceased by: her husband Giovanni D'Addario; her parents, Vincenzo Donatelli and Nicola Donatelli; and her siblings, Angelo, Luigi, Domenico and Addolorata.
She is survived by: her children, Enzo (Dominica), Mary (Gino), Rita (Robert) and Tony (Christine); and her grandchildren, Stephanie (Kurtis), Karina, Alexander (Paige), Joshua (Leah), Daniel (Hayley), Luke, Sean, Gabriel of Matthew, TJ and Bisnonna of Luka. She is also survived by her family, including her sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
In memory of Carmela, memorial contributions may be made to The Alzheimer Society Niagara, and would be appreciated.
