He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Ropp and Doreen Ropp; and his sister Tammy Lynette. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Sawyer, Wyatt and Keifer; his siblings, Sherry Ropp, Tracy and Greg Schwartz; his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Peter, Jacob, Madeline and Jonas; his siblings-in-law, Rob, Jen Schroeder, Stephen and Alison Thompson; and his nieces and nephews, Emily, Kaitie, Jessie, Aidan, Teddy, Claire, Sydney and Carter.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Calvary Church (89 Scott St, St. Catharines, ON L2N1G8). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
