He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Starkey and Glenna Starkey. He is survived by: his wife Jessica; his son David; his siblings, Mike (Marilyn), Gord (Kim) and Joanne; his cousin Brian; and his siblings-in-law, Marlene (late Donnie), Joan, Ken (Lynn), Ron and Joe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
