It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denis Joseph Fegan (St. Catharines, Ontario), who passed away on June 12, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Sr. and Catherine "Kathleen"; his brother Kevin; his sister-in-law Cindy; his father-in-law Dale House; and his brother-in-law Brian House.
He is survived by: his significant other Lisa (House); his children, Amanda (Brandon), Christopher and Brittany; his stepsons, Brett Carpenter (Tracey) and Bryce Carpenter (Samantha); his grandchildren, Gage, Bridget, Scarlette, Gavin, Blake and Sterling; his siblings, Mary (Mark Maslink), Sean, Michael and Kathy (Kevin Legros); his nieces and nephews, Kelly (Rob Scott), Colin, Marisa (Hadyn Place), Katrina (Ewen Eaton), Tyler, Kaitlyn, Michael, Connor, Megan, Stacey (Steve Winger), Corie (Jay Bonazza), Natasha, Alicia and Brier; his mother-in-law Donna House; and his siblings-in-law, Jo-Anne Rittenhouse (Kelly), Randy House (Diane) and Debbie House.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M 4Y1). A vigil service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M 4Y1). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Patrick Romam Catholic Church (31 Chestnut St E, St. Catharines, ON L2T1G8).
In lieu of flowers it is Joe's request that you donate to Autism Niagara, Canadian Cancer Society, Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital and Hospice Niagara in St. Catharines.
