He was predeceased by: his parents, Luigi Pizzacalla and Maria Pizzacalla; and his brothers, Nicholas (Josephine), Joseph (Helen), Patrick (Barbara) and Anthony.
He is survived by: his sisters, Grace Roberts (Don), Rita and McShane; his sister-in-law Florence Pizzacalla; and his close friend Rev. Dennis Mazerolle. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St Julia Roman Catholic Church (251 Glenridge Ave, St. Catharines, ON L2T3K2). A vigil service was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Clergy Aid Society for the Diocese of St. Catharines would be appreciated by the family.
