She is survived by: her significant other Tom McIntyre; her daughter Kaitlin Machuk (Cody); her stepdaughter Samantha Hadlow; her father Richard Green (late Dorothy); and her siblings, Rick Green (Pam), Chuck Green (Rosemarie) and Cheryl Pillitteri (late Chris).
