She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Joseph Baker; her parents, Phyllis Mason and William Edward Mason; and her siblings, Shirley Novak and David Mason.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Baker-Hendle (Neil), Laura Milne (Glenn) and Carla Vrooman (Steve); and her grandchildren, Joe, Reese, Braedon and Andrea. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A prayer will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M 4Y1). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Cathedral of St Catherine of Alexandria (3 Lyman St, St. Catharines, ON L2R 5M8). A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Victoria Lawn Cemetery (431 Queenston St, St. Catharines, ON L2P2Y3). A vigil service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M 4Y1).
