She was predeceased by: her husband Erwin Hartmann; her parents, Gertrude Bischofberger and Alfred Bischofberger; her siblings, Hannelore Mackert (Arthur) and Karl-Fritz Bischofberger (Hanni); and her in-laws, Werner Hartmann, Arnold Hartmann and Arthur Mackert.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Vickers (Richard) of St. Catharines and Jeff Hartmann (Elizabeth) of Niagara Falls; and her grandchildren, Natalie (Mitch), Stephanie (John), Erin (Dante), Justin, Mackland, Vaughn and Cooper. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in Doris's memory to the Alzheimer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
