She was predeceased by: her husband Doug Billard; her sons, Scott Bartlett (Joyce), Ike Bartlett, Jim Bartlett (Patricia) and Douglas Billard (Melissa); her grandchildren, James, John-Scott, Emma, Adam, Edward, Katie, Tyler, Keegan, Brianna, Jessica, Noelle, Ryan and Emily; her great grandchildren, Aden, Reed, Cedar, Everly and Jack; her former husband Alfred "Jim" Bartlett; her parents, Wilfred Billard and Ida Billard; and her sister Dolcie Bond.
She is survived by: her siblings, Seaward, Vivian, Marie, Eileen and Edith.
