He is survived by: his wife Donna Krupa; his parents-in-law, William Black and Florence Harrop; and his sisters, Mary Guatto of King City and Stella Ciupak of Phoenix, Arizona.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
In honour of Frank's memory donations made to March of Dimes or Doctors Without Borders would be appreciated by his family.
