He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Monache and Filomena Delle Monache; his parents-in-law, Domenico and Maria Colantoni; his sister Ida Di Berardinis (late Guido); and his siblings-in-law, Giuseppe and Maria Colantoni.
He is survived by: his spouse Carina; his children, Ezio Delle Monache (Rosa) and Adriana Ico (Robert); his grandchildren, Serena, Gabriele (Kodi), Maria Chiara Delle Monache, Marissa, Jessica and Madeline Ico; and his siblings, Corradina Iezzi (Sistino) and Italo Delle Monache (Ida). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
