She was predeceased by: her husband Allan Trainor; her siblings, Joe Lund (late Mary), Ed Lund (late Joan), Lou Lund (Marie), Jeanne Gauthier-MacKenzie (Keith Notman) and Rita Arsenault (Roger); her parents, Leo Lund and Irene Lund; her parents-in-law, Ray and Kate Trainor; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Gauthier, Derald MacKenzie, Jack Trainor, Layton Trainor and Louise Trainor.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Bernadette. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends.
In keeping with Helen's generous spirit, memorial donations to Therapy Tails or the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul would be sincerely appreciated by the family in lieu of flowers.
