He was predeceased by: his wife Sibylla; and his parents, Johannes Sikking and Sjaan Sikking. He is survived by: his girlfriend Jennifer DeJonge; his children, Henk Jr. (Kristen), Anita (Richard) and Peter (Mieke); and his grandchildren, Carter, Hendrik, Austin, Malayna, Adrian, Ellyona, Chantal, Nico, Jasper and Heidi. He is also survived by many extended family of his siblings, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pioneer Flower Farms (1900 Seventh Street Louth, St. Catharines, ON L2R6P9). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Julia's Roman Catholic Church (251 Glenridge Ave, St. Catharines, ON L2T3K2). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery (1483 Lakeshore Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S1J0).
