He was predeceased by: his son Michael Petrykowski (Pam); his brother Michael "Nick" Petry (Janet); his niece Roseanna Petry; and his grandson Nicholas Ashdown. He is survived by: his wife Jean Petrykowski; his daughters, Lori Ashdown (Dave) and Teresa Suda (Phil); his nephew Mark Petry (Charlotte); and his grandchildren, Justin Suda (Michelle), Elizabeth Suda (Joe), Michael Ashdown (Lacey), Jordan Petrykowski (Makayla) and Joshua Petrykowski (Dana).
