He was predeceased by: his parents, Alida Vuyk and Martinus Vuyk; his brother Joe Vuyk (Nelly); and his son-in-law Terry Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Henny Vuyk; his children, Simone Patrick, Henk Vuyk and Marlo Vuyk (Peter Massar); his grandchildren, Holly Muir (Andrew) and Stephen Patrick (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Emelia, Cole, Max and Eve; and his brother Martin Vuyk (Tineke). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
