Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Janet touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Mitchel Lucas Senior; her stepfather John Ashburn; and her grandson Kaiden Trudel. She is survived by: her daughters, Misty Lucas and Stephanie Madden (Sean); her grandchildren, Declan, Graysen, Ariyah and Whalen; her mother Audrey Ashburn; her sibling Mitchel Lucas Junior; and her daughter Marrisa Spicer (Elaine Eskritt).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Some Place Else Bar and Grill (49 Scott St W, St. Catharines, ON L2R1C9).
