He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ross, Olive Burke, James and Norma Learmonth. He is survived by: his parents, Hugh Learmonth and Joan Learmonth of St. Catharines; his significant other Reverend Rachel Evans of Dover-Foxcroft, Maine.; his uncles, Allan Burke (late Corrie) and Bob Learmonth (late Lois); and his cousins, Jennifer Burke (Mike Gallant), Tim Burke (Amanda), Brian Burke, Heather Meulemeester (Rick) and James Learmonth (Jessie).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M4Y1). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Trillium United Church (415 Linwell Rd, St. Catharines, ON L2M2P3).
In memory of Jeff, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Niagara (Stabler Centre) or Trillium United Church, and would be appreciated.
