She was predeceased by: her parents, Guiseppe Azotini and Matilda Azotini; her brother Frank; and her sister-in-law Pauline Azotini. She is survived by: her husband John Carlomusto; her son Joseph Carlomusto (Elena); her siblings, Joe Azotini (Muriel), Maria Donatelli (Gino), Margaret Cotroneo (George), Josephine Polillo (Osvaldo), Ron Azotini (Mary Teresa) and Angela Kremble (Tom); her sister-in-law Rose Carlomusto (late Tom); and her caregivers, Jasmine, Joanna, Jessica, Crystal, Kristin and Bryan. She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
