As we bid Johanes farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Johanes is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Arntz and Gertrude Arntz. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Rebecca; his grandchildren, Hayden and Hunter; and his siblings, Thea Moscato (Greg), Chris Arntz (Lisa) and Midge Miron (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M4Y1). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
